Biography
Tsao Ter-fung is the chairman of food and beverage company Standard Foods.
He worked for Quaker Oats in the U.S. and became head of its Taiwan operations in 1981.
In 1986 Tsao bought Quaker's Taiwan assets and set up his own business.
His Ph.D. is in food-and-chemical engineering.
His son Arthur Tsao took over the reins as CEO in 2019.
