Will Adderley

Will Adderley is the son of Bill and Jean Adderley, the founders of UK home furnishings retailer Dunelm.

The business was founded after the couple set up a market stall in Leicester, U.K. in 1979.

They took the company public on the London Stock Exchange in 2006.

The Adderleys own 43% of the business and Will serves as the company's deputy chairman.

There are now almost 200 Dunelm stores across the U.K.
