Biography
Yan Zhou is the chairman and general manager of Chinese snacks retailer Busy Ming Group.
The company went public in Hong Kong in January 2026, raising $470 million.
It sells under the Busy for You and Super Ming brands, offering products such as small-packaged biscuits and nuts across a network of about 20,000 stores in China.
The group was formed in 2023, when Yan's company Busy for You merged with fellow snacks retailer Super Ming.
Super Ming's founder, Zhao Ding, is also a billionaire.

Yan grew up in a rural village in China's Hunan province, and worked in the real estate industry for about eight years before venturing into the snacks business.
