Biography
Yang Chang-Chih is the founder of Gold Circuit Electronics, a maker of printed circuit boards for servers and networking equipment.
He handed over the chairman position to his son Chen-Tse in 2017. The older Yang still serves as a director.
Gold Circuit Electronics listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 1998.
The company opened its first Thai plant in 2025 with $40 million investment and is pumping another $40 million into its expansion project.
His daughter Chen-Jung also sits on the board.
