Biography
Husband and wife Yoichi and Keiko Erikawa founded videogame developer Koei four decades ago.
The company, now called Koei Tecmo Holdings, trades on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Yoichi is president and CEO and Keiko is chairman. Keiko manages Koei Tecmo's $1.1 billion in assets across Japan, Hong Kong and the U.S.
The company is known for its Samurai Warrior games. Shares got a boost from a new hit mobile game in China.
In 2021, Keiko Erikawa was appointed as an independent director of SoftBank Group. She's the only woman to sit on the company's board.
