Zhang Zhixiang is the chairman of privately held Jianlong Group, one of China's largest non-government controlled steelmakers.
The company is also involved in the shipbuilding and mining industries.
Jianlong was ranked no. 53 on a list of China's 500 largest private companies in 2018.
