Biography

Zhong Sheng Jian is the chairman of Singapore-listed Yanlord Land, one of the largest non-government-owned real estate developers in China.

Zhong, a mainland native, moved to Singapore in 1988.

Yanlord's prominent China partners include Ping An Insurance, China Merchants Property Development and Poly Real Estate Group.

His son Zhong Ming is Yanlord's executive deputy chairman; younger son Zhong Iek Ka and nephew Zhong Siliang both sit on the board.
