Zhongru Gan

Gan is cofounder and chairman of Shanghai-listed Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals.

Founded in 1998, Gan & Lee Pharmaceuticals produces insulin and injection pens and is publicly traded.

Gan graduated from Peking University and later became a teacher in the biology department.

Gan holds a PhD from Michigan State University and worked for Merck before he founded Gan & Lee.
